My wife Irene and I are both vegetarians and Irene is also Vegan and is coeliac, so no gluten. She has perfected the art of Veggie, Vegan & gluten free cooking in the van and we are willing to share our recipes, ideas and techniques with anyone in a similar position. In the next few days I will grab a few of her favourite recipes and post them here but in the meantime if you have any questions or need any help, just ask!
Fabulous, I am heavily leaning towards the vegetarian side of life.
Any tips on what food to carry, so far I’ve got a mix of tins,dry & whatever I can cram in the freezer. I keep fresh veg & bread to a minimum as they don’t tend to keep to well when the weather warms up and no one wants a stinky onion in a closed space.
