Our website and services are provided to you on and through our website on an “AS IS” basis. You agree that the owners of this website exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this website and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

3. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.

In order to use this website, you must register on our site, agree to provide truthful information when requested and be at least the age of sixteen (16) or older. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Use and may be modified by us from time to time and are available here.

3(b) Account Cancellation

By signing up for a paid account, members must agree to our terms and conditions and be aware that payment is taken annually and you are responsible for cancelling your subscription, should you wish to, in good time, via our cancellation form. The RV & Motorhome Club will not be liable for any subscription payments made during the period of cancellation, or if the correct procedure has not been followed.

4. Privacy Policy.

Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Registration and Password.

You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password.

6. Your Conduct.

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials (“Content”), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. You agree that our website may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on this website nor for any error or omission.

By listing your vehicle for sale on the RV & Motorhome Club’s Classifieds section, you must ensure that all information shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation.

Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

We do not review users’ postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on the RV & Motorhome Club website comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered.

In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
